Founder Story

Founded by Eniola Oladipo

Eniola Oladipo is the founder of ECL. She brings almost 15 years of NHS leadership experience across national, regional and organisational settings, including NHS England, alongside Board and charity governance, executive workforce leadership, talent and succession, organisational culture and executive coaching.

Her work has connected service transformation, workforce redesign, leadership development and Board-level assurance across complex systems. That experience shaped ECL's practical proposition: clarify the real problem, strengthen future leadership pipelines and build the organisational conditions that help progress last.

Through ECL, Eniola works with healthcare, public sector, higher education and mission-led organisations that need independent insight, focused action and evidence-led leadership support.

The work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, integrity and purposeful innovation, with a practical focus on contribution, evidence and lasting value.
