How are mentoring matches made?
Programme leads can set up a defined cohort and matching approach. ECL Mentor supports thoughtful matching using the information participants choose to share, with programme oversight and appropriate human judgement.
What happens after a match?
Mentors and mentees agree their focus, record actions and reflect on progress. ECL Mentor provides structure for the relationship while leaving the mentoring conversation with its participants.
What can programme leads see?
Programme leads can see onboarding, matching, participation, engagement and aggregated feedback to support the programme. Private reflections, notes, messages and the substance of mentoring conversations are not normally visible to sponsors.
Programme responsibility
The programme is collaborative, while ECL remains responsible for the platform, governance and programme design.
